Shipping & returns

TechZone accepts returns up to seven days from the date of the purchase. All returns must be in unopened packaging, and a receipt is required to process all returns. TechZone reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return. Non-returnable items include labor, computers, tablets, iPods, software, opened items, gift cards, promotional items, close-out items, damaged or abused items, and any item marked as such. Items that have been customized and/or placed as a special order are non-returnable.  When, at TechZone's discretion, a non-defective item is returned, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Open items that may be eligible for a return or exchange include but are not limited to items that are inoperable upon first use or otherwise defective within the first seven days of the purchase date. TechZone may refer customers with defective products directly to the manufacturer's warranty. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original purchase.
